My name is Zvi Ophir
In 1985 my wife Hadas and I, set up Ophir Household in Alon-HaGalil. It includes Ophir Beehive, Iftahel Winery, wine grapes Vineyard and crops areas.
Our Products
Out Honey
Our apiary honey is of pure quality, categorized into four types, and five categories, classified according to the grazing areas of wildflowers. Each type of honey has its own color, texture and taste.
Our Wine
We raise all five grape varieties, from which we produce our wine. These are red grapes from which we produce dry red wines: Petite Sirah, Sangiovese, Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
